Removal and Replacement involves many steps from measuring, marking, and removing all the existing damaged areas in the asphalt. All debris is discarded at a local recycling facility. After all debris is removed, our team will then prep the area for new asphalt by grading and compacting to ensure the asphalt is level. Hot mix is applied and compacted until smooth and finished off with a tack coat to provide an appealing finish.
An asphalt overlay is recommended when pavement needs to be repaired but not fully replaced. If your driveway, or parking lot is cracking and damaged, we will apply a top layer of asphalt to provide strength and extend the life of your investment.
